Responsibility

Transparency Act

The Norwegian Transparency Act (åpenhetsloven) is meant to make sure that companies respect human rights and decent working conditions, also at their suppliers. Here is how we work on this, and how to ask us.

What we do

We develop and build fast chargers, batteries and energy management in Rælingen. We buy the components from suppliers in Europe and Asia, including Sungrow.

Where the risk is greatest

The greatest risk lies early in the supply chain for batteries and electronics. This means the mines that extract cobalt, lithium and graphite, and the factories that make cells and circuit boards. Child labour, forced labour and dangerous working conditions can occur there.

How we work

  • We receive complaints and input from customers, suppliers and others, and respond quickly.
  • If we have contributed to harm, we put it right in line with laws and guidelines.
  • We talk with groups that may be affected, including Indigenous peoples, and respect their rights.
  • We work with others in the industry on shared challenges.
  • We review the work regularly and make it better.

Ask us

You can ask for information about how we handle the risk of breaches of human rights and decent working conditions. Send your question to sales@nordicbooster.com. We reply in writing within three weeks.
